Inflation equipment

Operated automatically by computer and calibrated automatically by auto air-ring.
By adjusting the diameter of the die and incoming air pressure, the width of the film can be altered. By adjusting the material discharge and the pinch roll tensioning speed, the thickness of the film can be altered.
Wide film is manufactured from smaller molds.

This also supports water-based printing and special coatings, and can operate at printing speeds of up to 220 meters per minute.
Using a maximum of 9-color printing, we create beautiful and attractive packages.

This machine is able to manufacture composite films with various functions.
We support a wide variety of types of film, and we can operate at extremely rapid lamination speeds.

Slitting machine

Used for cutting film to various widths, depending on the intended use.
We undertake the slitting process using various methods to best fit the customer’s packaging—sometimes rolls of film are unwound before feeding through a knife or comb-type blade for cutting, and sometimes film is cut while still on the roll using a hydraulic press machine blade.

High speed three-way bag making machine

We are capable of providing all kinds of laminate film, with beautiful and high-strength seals.
Also, with our production speed of 110 shots (bags) per minute, we can also deliver product with short turnarounds.
We can also manufacture freestanding bags or zip-lock bags too. Adding each extra function is possible at rapid speeds of around 60 shots (bags) per minute.

Backlining bag-making machine

This is a bag-making machine that folds and press-seals the left and right sides of the film into the center to form bags.
Since it is able to fold the sides of the film, it can manufacture relatively large bags (up to length 500 mm).
This equipment can manufacture almost any kind of laminated film into bags used for food or daily necessities.

Conducts analysis of residual organic solvent using gas chromatography.
With its high detection capabilities, it analyzes trace elements with high sensitivity.
With precise flow control, we can obtain highly reproducible and reconfigurable results, which enables highly accurate analysis.
